problem with exported data

i have in my company ericsson md110 phone central and on centrale i connected one buffer unit for reading spent the phone pulse. i connected the pc on the buffer unit over ethernet cable and with hyperterminal i exported dates to text file in form:

i interested for second column "call duration"

in which the units of this column,and how converting in time for example minutes or seconds? there's some formula (form)?
