Problem with Explore Option not avaiable from start menu 1

Problem I have is when I right click on the Start Button the context menu shows Open and Explore but both are grayed out and not available to use. When I open My Computer (window) I can right click on the C, D, or E drives and the option to Explore is available.

Do you have Tweakui installed and did you uncheck something under the 'My Computer' tab there? If so go back and recheck what you unchecked then ok out and restart. Unchecking something there will cause your problem.
