Problem with Excel over a network

In the excel model running fine on a host PC, I have added a new function using VB to the menu bar. When I try to run the same model on one of the two other PCs in the network, the new function does not appear in the menu bar. The paths are correct, but the function is not displayed. How do I sort this so I can run the excel workbook over the network? The PCs are running XP and there is no server.
