When I receive an excel spreadsheet in e-mail via Outlook 2000 and open it, all I get is gibberish. The sender insists that on her end she is able to open it without any problems. Any ideas?
I do this often (Excel 2000 e-mail -> Outlook 2000 as attachment) without a problem. I run into problems when I try to send the sheet as the message body instead of an attachment.
