problem with Excel 2000 pivottable's calculated field

I met a problme to use Excel2000 pivottable's calculated field, I hope I can get a field's member's name and decompose this names' last 6 characters, I try to use cell reference, but can't pass the syntax check, who can help me to solve this problem?
