HI Guys
brief background for you, i configured a samsung smg400 VOIP gateway very basic config it just passes the call to our cisco3745 router, the pbx has 8 channels to the GW all worked fine, until my customer swapped to an Eriksson md110 pbx, now we have 2 problems (BTY i know jack all, about pbx configuration apart from, it should trunk 4 channels fxs to my GW & 4 fxo to receive) so my problems are...

1) When user tries call HQ office over voip (using digital handset). they dial 8, they should then get a tone to dial the full number, however out of maybe 10 times of trying the success rate is under 50%, when they do get tone the call works ok, so sounds like the pbx is not seizing the channels (just a guess)
2) form analogue phone, use dials 8, and seizes a channel (sometimes this seems to have a higher success rate) then they dial the number, but they receive an incorrect dialled number message, so when i looked at the GW i saw that there were extra number added to the one the user had dialled (e.g. 0207 555 1234 i see 02077 555 112344) very strange..

so far i have patched a phone (analogue) in to the back of the GW and this works with no problems, so as far as i am concerned the problems lies with the PBX, trouble is the PBX engineer will not accept that there is a problem with his configuration! So please can anyone help me...
