Problem with Enhanced Call Center Reporting

i'm currently having issues with the reporting portion of the enhanced call center. the connection currently states it has downloaded 12605% data, shows a good connnection, processing calls from May 2009 (is currently not processing calls).

Steps i've taken:
1. deleted the updated java 1.6.11 from the system and restarted. Leaving the java 1.6.0.
2. logged all agents out, disabled the skillsets being used, restarted the voicemail, restarted the server. enabled the skillsets, had all agents log back in.

but the connection still states the same.

I can get realtime data, showing all agents logged in and what their status is.

Anyone have any suggestions?
