I have installed BCM 400 with 2 x full PRIs few weeks ago.
Two DTM cards were installed in the main unit. I set one card to be Bus 6 (clock source: Secondary External) and Bus 7 (clock source: Primary External).
The customer complaints Echo can be heard very loud during the incoming or outgoing calls. It is intermediate problem.
They could get as many as 30 or more incoming calls at ones. Not all going through AA.
I have tried everything to pin point the problem.
I opened trouble ticket with a T-1 provider for stress test. Their respond was No Trouble Found. Easy to say!
I replaced some T-7316 E phones. I moved some phones to new ports on second card DSM 16. I replaced DTMs cards. They are still complaining about echoing.
System is fully patched in.
