Problem with DS module (6408, 2420...)

Hi!

I have IPOffice v2.0(16), DS module and several digital station telephones (6408D+, 2420). During dialing, these phones pack up (break off work) sometimes - this fix go on a few seconds (kays doesn't work, display screen show eg. two, three digits, speker proceed noise when used speakerphone feature).
Who does happen with this problem and dismiss its?
