First, forgive me if I don't sound too familiar with Cognos, as I am just a sysadmin helping out troubleshooting a problem with Upfront. Here's the situation:
We recently aquired a company that is running cognos on a server in an NT4 domain and we are attempting to allow users on our Windows 2000 domain to access reports via upfront using their OS credentials. The problem we are running into is that if a user on our Win2k domain runs a report the report runs very slowly. If we create an account on the NT4 domain and associate it with the same cognos user via access manager and then run the report while logged on as the NT4 user everything runs quickly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about troubleshooting or fixing this issue?
Thanks,
Dave
