problem with @DocKeywords search

i am upgrading from NT to 2000. i had this working properly the other day but it is not functioning now. our server is returning errors when searching using the iissmaples / idq search for meta-tag keywords. the error that appears is:

any ideas on why this might be occuring would be appreciated. permissions issue? 2000 issue?
