Problem With DNS service

i have Windows 2000 DC with sp4 and all Security patches. i have notice that the dns server services is stoped. i manually start it, and the everything goes to normal. Then 10 minutes and the services is stoped.
i have notice this event in the Event viewer

Event 64002
Source Windows File Protection
File Replacement was attemted on the protected system file c:\winnt\system32\dns.exe. The file version of the system file is 5.0.2195.6715

I have disabled all antivirus programs, and reinstalled sp4
any suggestions?
