we have domino/notes 6.5.1. I created one rule for myself in which any mail that is cc to me goes into a folder istead of the inbox. Now i disabled and even removed that rule but my mails are still going in that folder instead of inbox.

How to i fix this problem

Try having the admin run fixup on the mail database.....

Here's an update. I have a user's mail database where I've disabled then deleted a mail-forwarding rule. The rule is definitely gone, yet it's still firing off - the log file shows the autoforward of the message. I have tried fixup, updall, design refresh, compact, reboot the server - I even made a copy of the database and the rule got carried over despite being gone. In the past, fixup usually took care of this problem, but not this time.

Anyone have any ideas? My option of last resort is to delete the account and rebuild it, then repopulate the mail from a backup copy of the database. Ugly as sin, but I'm running out of ideas.

TIA.....
