Hey folks. I have a BCM400 with IP sets on it, when my users attempt to use our Reservationless Conference Calling vendor the vendor see's duplicate/ repeat digits from us. I.E. user dials the Toll Free number (fine) then is prompted by the system to enter in an access code (907) but the vendor sees 9999077.

This only occurs when attempting these conference calls. All other daily calling is fine. I'm thinking it may be an Echo problem but looking for confirmation.

Current setting is:

Echo: Enable w/ NLP
G.723.1 data rate: 6.3 kbps
T.38: 2
Reserved Media Gateway: G.729

- Also, this is taking place on all 67 phones so that rules out the stuck button possibility.

Oh and I'm using a PRI for all my calls... which is set to Medium CO

Check with Bcm monitor under line monitor to see what you are outpulsing to the Telco.
I have to ask, is the bcm patched to the latest?
Have you tried rebooting the bcm?

I thought the monitor would get me somewhere as well but I could only see the first 11 digits being dialed (the toll free number) the access codes and room number weren't produced.

I did get the problem resolved. I changed Echo from "Enabled w/ NLP" to just "Enabled" problem went away.

Glad to see you found the solution.
Thanks for sharing the info.
