Problem with DHCP in UC520

We have two dhcps configured. One for voice and one for data
10.1.1.0 - Voice
192.168.10.0 - Data
We provide internet through IP phones
Problem withe the data

Sometimes internet is not working in the PC.
If we give command
>ipconfig /release
>ipconfig /renew
then it starts working..
The same problem many of the PCs
Can you help me on this. Why it is often happening?
