Problem with Dest code

created Dest Code of 9A due to some target line rec numbers start with 9, I am able to call 9+ any number except 7. any sugestions thanks.

Probably some of your target line received numbers start with 97 so the system has disabled the 7 wild card on the destination code

If its not broke tweak it..

Yeah redo you received number in the target lines

for example if you are receiving 6 digits (standard now in the UK ) from the Exchange / CO eg, 97xxxx tell your BCM that the received length is 5 and reprogram your received digit to 7xxxx on the target lines, it will still work..

If its not broke tweak it..
