I am running IE6.0 on Windows XP. I have selected "blank" for the default home page. When I open IE there is no address in the address bar, but on the bottom of the screen there is a screen (which I have not seen before) called "Search for..." with many options to search for. When I click on "View" then "Go To" there is a ticked option called "Search for..". I cannot "untick" it.

This is extremely frustrating as I am very careful as to which sites I visit, but I must have picked something up along the way. I have tried Ad-Aware with no luck.

I would be grateful for help.
