Hello. I'm experiencing problems with DB2 7.1 installed on a Windows 2000 Server machine.
When I start the command center and type in a SQL query, I get the following error:
SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019
When I try to start the DB manager (via typing startdb2), I get the following error:
SQL1026N The database manager is already active.
Nice catch 22, huh? If anyone out there knows the problem and how to fix it, please respond... I've tried almost everything and I'm getting desparate!
Thanks!
