Problem with dates on Meridian Mail messages

Hi there

I am having problems with the Meridian Mail. After we did a shutdown and power up of the system on saturday, the new messages have the correct time but not the correct date.

I did check the system time and also the MM time also I checked the clock controller.

Any suggestions???

MerMail gets its time from the switch across the AML link. If the switch date and time are correct - Try disabling the aml and after a min. (mermail will have all kinds of error and not be accessable) re-enable the aml.
However, if calls are proccessing correctly I would suspect the time on the switch is not right.

There are variations of this depending on the type of interface you have i.e. ESDI or MSDL. See LD 48 for more info. Good luck
