Hello - I hope I have the right forum for this.
I have a D-Link 713P router on a home network that's been working fine until recently. It works fine with every other computer except my Dell running windows xp. It no longer connects to the router for some reason, however, it does connect to the internet if I plug directly into the ISP modem.
I called D-link support - the support was terrible & offered no solutions. They refused to elevate the support, blaming my computer. I called Dell support & they found nothing wrong with the machine or any of the components.
Does anybody have any suggestions? I'm ready to give up & just buy a new router.
Thanks!
