If i create an Custom ICA Connection and creates an shortcut, the shortcut is like this M:\WTSRV\SYSTEM32\Ica PassThrough\pn.exe" /APP "Name".
I believe that /APP is to read the appsrv.ini file.
Problem is this i would like to be able to publish this
"ICA Connection" so that other users then me can run it.
Is there anyway to take the information from my appsrv.ini and create an
new *.ini file and start "pn.exe" with it?
And have an shortcut with like this:
M:\WTSRV\SYSTEM32\Ica PassThrough\pn.exe /FILE "filename"

Thanks

Yes, this is possible.

There should be an entire section in your appsrv.ini file with the header [YOUR_APP_NAME]

This will be followed by
Transport Driver=...
...
Down to
ICASOCKSProxyPortNumber=...

You could copy the information (the entire section) and paste it into other users' appsrv.ini, or copy it to appsrv.src and set the Citrix server to auto-update the clients.

Although I think your shortcut will probably have to be M:\WTSRV\SYSTEM32\Ica PassThrough\pn.exe /APP "appname" filename

I hope this helps
