Hello world...looking for some tips on why the same css code would be rendering different locations in same version of Firefox (3.5) on two different OS versions (XP & Vista)?
I have tried every trick I can read/search about and the issue is the same. I can see if the rendering was between IE* and Firefox, but this is the same version of FF on both boxes.

Thanking anyone in advance that will tackle this with me.

Thank you,

I can think of many reasons, and none of them are to do with OS, because it could happen on two PCs with the same OS:

- One PC has a different resolution, and the site is resolution-specific

- One PC has higher or lower DPI settings for accessibility reasons

- One PC has different add-ons installed in Fx

- One PC has JS disabled, and the site somehow uses JS to determine layout (it does happen, sadly)

There are so many more reasons I can think of, but rather than just list them all, why not post a URL to your page, or some code, in forum215 for more help?

Here is the link to my test site.
Please don't judge me by the work to date...it is just a test site for now....

I have verified that the resolutions, dpi, and Firefox installs are exactly the same on both boxes.

It could just be my CSS code.

Thanks,
