Problem with Crystal Report Viewer

I have a crystal report viewer embedded in a .Net windows application. The ShowCloseButton, ShowZoomButton, and ShowPageNavigationButtons properties have been set to true. The close button, however, does not seem to be working properly. I have no problem with the other two buttons. They seem to be working but every time I click the close button, nothing happens.
Does anybody know how to correct this?

I believe you are referring to the close view button. That button is in effect only when you are in a drill-down view.
