Problem with Crystal 9 1

Hi,
I installed Crystal 9.0 Professionl on a user's pc. She used to have Crystal 8.5 Developer edition and had no problems developing reports. The user went to the report expert in 9.0 to design a new report and selected 3 tables. When she clicked next, she received a fatal error message, and Crystal Reports just closed down.

I checked her data soureces which is a MS SQL server and everything seems to be ok. We never had this problem with 8.5 Developer. Any ideas what the problem may be?

Did you uninstall CR 8.5, was this an upgrade, or???

I'd guess that something is incorrectly registered, or didn't unregister.

I'd completely uninstall and give 'er another go.
