Hi!

I have an openscape enterprise express with 420 phones, 400 are CP600 SIP and the other 20 are IP 55G SIP, the problem I have is that randomly on the screen of the CP 600 this message of "inaccessible" appears when I want to make a call, the message disappears on the second call attempt, another failure occurs Sometimes the screen freezes and I have to restart the phone, this happens 6 to 7 times a month, this does not happen on 55G IP phones, as they work without problems

Any suggestions or ideas why this is happening?

I'm not running the same setup as you, but I haven't seen that problem or really any problem with these phones. I'm on OpenScape Voice but also with the CP600 SIP phones. First I'd verify your firmware is current. I'm running CP_600_SIP_V1_R7_12_0. The error message appears to be indicating not being able to connect with the PBX. I'd check the diagnostic logs on one of the phones. May need to increase the logging settings to get enough detail.
