Problem with connection

Pls help i have trouble connecting to the database : error below.

Cannot Connect to MSSQL Server

im document root is on my local computer, then im connecting to mis-server for the database.

this is telling you that the login you have selected is not being accepted by the server. php and your code is performing correctly, you have got your username or password wrong, or the db server is not configured to allow that user to connect from the web server's ip address.
