PROBLEM WITH COLOR - PLEASE HELP!

First of all - HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE.

I have big problem which cannot solve for years. Problem is COLOR.
No matter which application (quark, photoshop, InDesign) I using to create document when transfering to PDF in Acrobat all looks blurry and color simply not the same, even I have option in Destiller - LEAVE COLOR UNCHANGED.
Can anyone help. It's anoying when cteated nice looking calendar in quark i.e. and when go to printer with PDF format things looks different.
