Problem with Color Laserjet 5 in Windows 2000

Hi, I have installed Windows 2000. When i try print in a network printer (Color Laserjet 5) the print is delay for 10 minutes. In this time the computer "say" to the printer that have a work for it but the work isn´t send. Anyone knows something about this problem?. I have looking for a new driver in the HP web site and can´t find it.
