Problem with Collect statement show up double and causes a delay on the call

Hello all

I need some assistance with my Avaya. My Trace is giving me the double collect statement as below

Also for the time difference between the 2 collect's the system is just playing the ringing , and only places the announcement on the 2nd time the . so it takes up to 50 sec before it played the IVR
