Problem with client-server aplication

Hi all,

We have an aplication, running in client-server on a Windows 2000 system.
It`s made whith forms6i.

Sometimes it crashes, and in the ifxxxxxxxx.dmp that generates, it gives the error:

Abnormal termination: Access Violation: C0000005
Module: ifr60.dll

Anyone had the same problem and know the solution.

It seems to be a bug (version 6.0.8.18, fixed to be in: 6.0.8.19):

Problem description:

When running the Forms6i (with patch 8) system, customer have many call_form off the Menu. After opening and closing a few form, the system totally crashes when customer is trying to do a call_form. For instance: call_form('TAXON_TREE2', hide, do_replace );
And customer get a ifrun60_dump_XX file shown below.
NOTE: This works just fine in patchset6 and patchset7.
