Problem with CIL in Mx one 3.1 SP 3

Hi,
I have a problem in my lab with call loging and Mx One 3.1.Sp 3, then i have a Char to receive the call , but the problem is
that the Char application takes the file to interpret the calls and the MX one is not be able to regenerate that file.
I have program this is my system:

callinfo_output_set -output 9 -lim 1 -type file -subtype asb501 -local -dbname /home/eri_sn_admin/tarificacion/char/tarif -localtime -format local
callinfo_status_set -lim 1 -output 9 -state on

any ideas??
