Problem with channels

Hi everyone. I'm very new to phone systems so be gentle. We been having alot of problems with our phone lines. It seems like every day certain channels are showing Locked Out status. I go in and disable it and renable those channels. We have also been experiencing dropped calls, both incoming and outgoing? Now what do you guys suggest I have the provider(Verizon) do to test these lines? They said they tested them twice and both times came up clean. Help.
 
Contact your vendor. There is a patch to resolve this trouble.
 
verizon like any other provider, does not work on the channel level, just the bandwidth. usually a software error interface mismatch, rls mismatch supervision type etc. and always check your patch level
