Problem with changing cartridge under ARCserveIT 6.6 (NT)

Hi!

I´ve just even installed ARCserveIT 6.6 under W2K server. Everything is running fine - until I change the cartridge (HP SureStore DLT 40)... Then there is always the message (try to translate from my german version!!!): Device "\device\scsi\aic78u21" isn´t jet available for access. After this message there is no further backup possible... Any solution??? I´ve already changed the DLT-drive...

Try to stop tape engine before removing magizene

Check your hardware ( drive, SCSI controller etc... ) with the CDL of ARCserve 6.6. Maybe you should update your firmware.
