Problem with CCM4.0

Hello, I had installed CCM4.0 in a server, and I want to install the CCM client in other PC, the configuration manager works well, but the information manager receives constinually a mesage of "Event Service connection has failed". I checked all the services and it seems to be OK.
Why doesn't it work??? What is the event service???

yes I checked the licenses, and when I started the information manager, I could see than I used one license for information manager.
Only I added the license for information manager from the server, and, I don´t reboot the server after that, but I don-t think that it´s necessary.
