We are currently experiencing problems with our cashbook module in accpac, In ACCPAC we are in fiscal calendar 2009 which started in April 2008(period 1) but when reversing transactions in Cashbook, they fail because it says fiscal periods are locked in fiscal year 2008 which is indeed true because we are now in 2009. Is there anything at year end that we should have done in cashbook to make sure that Cashbook and ACCPAC read the same current fiscal year?

CASHBOOK 5.3A
OE 5.3A

GL Sub Ledger services 5.3A

What could be a possible solution to such a problem concidering the fact that those periods (in 2008) were unlocked at some point and transactions mainly reversals were done in Cashbook?
