Problem with captaris rightfax

I to everybody..
I'm connetting a CS1000M MG (rls.5.5) with a captaris RightFax.
I configure the DN of the faxes as dsc to route the call via a BRIE TRUNK route i created as euro/Net.
I tried and it seems working for a day then it stop working.
When I reload the MISP and SILC card and once the board server is rebooted the system came back to work for another day then stop.
Any suggestion?

It sounds like you are reloading the Nortel cards ~and~ rebooting the RightFax server and then it works for a day.

Does it also work for a day if you only perform one of those troubleshooting tasks? I think that might lead to more isolation of the problem.

I am by no means an expert in either component though.

many thanks ghtrout. It doesn't work if I only restart server or MISP /SILC .
Only if I restart both it cames back.
