I have a report that runs off of a crosstab query. The three column headings from field SETSTAT are "cancelled" "closed" and "pending" The issue is that sometimes a company wont have any "cancelled" or otherwise, but since "cancelled" is a control in the report, I get an error "Jet Doesnt recognize " as a valid statement" or something like that. I tried setting the "cancelled" control to CanShrink, but that didnt work either. Any suggestions?? Thanks,
Dave

Dave,

Does the PIVOT statement of your crosstab query look similar to this:
Code:
PIVOT [SETSTAT] In ("cancelled","closed","pending")
By including them in the In operator the column will be represented even if no data exists for it....
