problem with calls tx to vm automatically

Hello, I have a MICS 4.0 and 16 channel NAM 4.0. For some reason it appears that internal extension calls and transfer calls are to the subscribers mailbox with one brief ring automatically. I have the call fwd set to 4 rings,the DND is not on and the user doesn't have the intercom on hold by accident.
Has anybody been experiencing the same problem?

Might wanna check to see if Feature 984 has been engaged. Just do a Feature 984 to turn it off. That might solve your quandry
