Problem with Call Fwd External on CS1000 from BCM50 via SIP

We have a CS1000E r7.0 connected by SIP trucks with a BCM50 (r6.0 I think).

When a user enables call fwd external on an CS1000 connected phone, any 4 digit CDP dialing from the BCM50 causes a fast busy. The two systems are linked using SIP trunking.

Can anyone provide clues on settings to look for in order to resolve?

I had some similar problem and I resolved the issue enabling FTTU in the CLS of the extension.

Chg your OPT to CFF in RDR_DATA or change the NCOS on the SIP trunk to an NCOS that can call out, most likly, it's set to 0 right now.
