problem with call forwarding 1

Hi all,for some reason on a 3903 when pushing the call forward button it will not allow external calling, (ie wont allow 9 to be dialled). I configured the phone the same as I did the others in the dept (theirs work) and do not know what I am missing. I checked the meridian mail and that seems ok as well. Its most bizzare; both lines also ring (ie.key 00 and key 01). Any suggestions?thank you for your help.

sure enough it wasnt there. i changed it and will try when i get in to work tomorrow. i appreciate your help.

key 0 and 1, both ringing? they ring together on a call, might be mcr keys, that's the way they work. you answer key 0 the key 1 shows vacant, ready for the next call.. if both keys are scr.. change the number on key 1 or make them mcr
