Problem with BPFTp Server

Hi,
I have installed BulletProof FTP on my windows XP sp2 box. I have a linksys befsr81 router. POrt forwarding is enabled, I have a dynamic IP setup.
The problem is when I try to connect to the server using flashfxp it times out. When I try to connect through my browser I get to the router setup screen. Any ideas what I need to do to fix this?
