I have a problem when I try to install the Nortel Call Pillot Release 5.0 600r. When I try to boot the server, the sequence is "freeze" at the screen where Windows 2003 sever is loading. The server is not finish the boot sequence. So, the Windows 2003 login is never appear.

I reinstall the Call Pillot Server with the Nortel Call Pillot CD (the purple one) and I have the same problem.

Who can I do???

Thanks...

Sounds like you may have a faulty server. I would replace with another unit.

Make sure the USB Dongle has they security device inserted in it as well.

When it stops loading can you press the NUM LOCK on your keyboard on and off?
If you can't then the OS has locked up. If you can, then there might be an issue with some software driver or something....

On Rls 5 CallPilot you need a SCSI Tape Drive Terminator installed on your Server, without this CallPilot will NEVER boot up! Once installed and configured remove terminator, connect SCSI Tape Backup Device and install Tape Drive Terminator. Both terminators are supplied with CallPilot
