I have run across an issue with trying to book time in a conference room. I have a user who opens the calendar for a particular conference room, sees some free time and attempts to book a meeting but he gets the following message - "Unable to open the free/busy information. Unable to directly book a resource for this meeting". User is running OL2003 SP2 and is the only one with this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
