Problem with blank page using tiles

Hi,

I am using struts 1.2.4 and tiles to build a site...however, I am having a small problem. Whenever I attempt to access a page (any page), I usually get a blank page. No errors, no output, no nothing. However, if I refresh the page, my page will appear as it should. I've search everywhere and I can't find anything about this. Any ideas?
