BCM had a bad harddrive, booted with "no OS found". Replaced HD with preloaded 3.6, everything OK so far. I go through the initialization process per manual and that seems to complete fine as well.
I still have preexisting telephony configs that the vendor tells me is normal and voicemail now works, which it didn't before. The only problem is I can't access unified manager because the apache service has stopped and all attempts at starting the service through rebooting and trying to start manually fail.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Nortel has a tool to fix the apache service. Contact your vendor and request the fix.

That was the problem thanks for the reply. First I've heard of this patch and I know this problem has come up in old posts and this fix was never mentioned. Hope it helps others out there.

Another 'fix' if you don't have the apache fix tool is to set the date on the system through the command prompt to something before 1/1/2008, then re-reun the universal profile. When it's complete, log in and change the date back. Works out good if you don't have the fix tool, or internet access to download it.
