I have two frames on a site,
a navigation page and content page.

When a link is clicked on the navigation page,
it loads the new navigation page, which using a bit of javascript loads the new page in the content page.

No problem.. but if you click back,
it only reloads the previous content page,
you have to click back again to reload the correct navigation page.

Any suggestions would be great,
cheers.

That's the way the browser works. You can't make the Back button change both frames at once. The only solutions I can see are:

1. Eliminate the frames.

2. Implement your own navigation buttons. You can use javascript to make your own back buttons. Display them prominently on the site and hope that users use that instead of the browser's buttons.
