Hello I'm having problems with the automatic attendant on an Octel 200.
The main number is configured to ring at and ACD in the Nortel PBX, this ACD is configured to forward the call to the Octel voicemail. The voicemail has a mailbox configured with the same number as the ACD configured in the PBX.
At this point it is working correctly, the call is being answered by the Octel with an English prompt. This prompt says to press 1 for Spanish prompt, but when a users press 1 the voicemail answers with an invalid message.
I have tried to see were could it be defined that when I press 1 it goes into another mailbox with the Spanish greeting and see what mailbox is it, probably it was deleted and that was why the Spanish prompt is not answering.
Can any one help me out?
