I have a legend with voicemail card. The auto attendant isn't picking up at all so no calls are able to be received when dialing in. How do I make it so the calls are ringing to the operator directly and not going through the auto attendant. I think I need to take the lines out of a hunt group, but not quite sure. Please advise.

Remove the lines from the voice mail hunt:
Sys Program >Exit >Esxtension >More >Group Calling > Lines pools > enter voice mail calling group (usually 770) >Enter
Delete the lines that are showing.
Also make sure night service is not on because it could be sending the calls to voice mail as sell.
