Problem with Auto Attendant

All of a sudden, I don't believe IP office is seeing the Licensing Key

and shuts down consistently every 2 hours.

The red USB dongle is plugged in and the key server is active in the taskbar and sees the key there.

do you have the firewall turned off on the licensing pc?
did it change IP (maybe it's set to dhcp rather than static)?
