This is what we are doing - when an incoming call is received, the phone rings once then it's auto answered by the agent. Problem is that it suddenly stopped to work, and I cannot find a way to make it work again - I can make it to either auto-answer, but the phone doesn't ring once before autoanswering the call, and I can make them answer the calls manually.
